Guide for bars: reduce single-use plastics

More and more bars and cafes are trying to reduce waste generation, considering it important. According to the Harvest restaurant, on average, 60-80 cubic meters of waste is generated per 80-100 people per month. Most of this waste is single – use plastic. Ecocentrum  and Friends of the Baltic experts have developed a Guide for bars with tips on reducing single-use plastic in food services. The publication is available in Russian.
